How OneView works, from keys to collected rent
Four steps take a unit from empty to earning: set up the portfolio, issue the lease, sign it electronically, then collect and track the rent. Every step is dated and attributed, so the record holds up on the day someone asks.
From keys to collected rent in four steps
Set up your portfolio
Create your organization, add properties and units, and bring in your team with role-based invitations.
Issue the agreement
Create from a template or upload a PDF. Assign the tenant, set rent and dates, the unit is marked occupied.
Sign electronically
Both parties sign inside the app. The executed PDF is filed automatically against the tenancy.
Collect & track rent
Invoices are raised automatically from each lease. Tenants pay by your configured methods; you confirm, and the audit trail keeps itself.
When a dispute arises, the record speaks for itself
Confidential by account, attributable by design, and complete enough to rely on.
Append-only audit trail
Every material change, who issued, who signed, who confirmed or rejected, is captured and timestamped.
Electronic signature
Both parties sign in an embedded session; the executed contract is attached the moment signing completes.
Role-based access
Owner, Admin, Notary and Caretaker each see exactly what their role allows, across one or many organizations.

How it works, answered
How do I get started?
Create your organization, add your properties and units, and invite your team with role-based invitations.
How does a tenant join a lease?
You invite them by email. Once they accept, their profile links to the lease, its invoices, payments and maintenance requests, all in one timeline.
How does signing work?
Both parties sign inside the app in an embedded session. The executed PDF is filed automatically against the tenancy the moment signing completes.
When does billing start, and how do deposits work?
Billing starts when you activate the lease. At activation you can collect the advance rent and a refundable caution; the recurring rent then bills on schedule from there.
Can I bill rent quarterly or yearly instead of monthly?
Yes. Set the rent period to 1, 3 or 12 months and invoices are raised on that cadence, monthly, quarterly or annually.
When a tenant pays, is it automatic?
Mobile money payments are confirmed automatically through the provider. Bank deposits and cash are recorded with the receipt attached and then confirmed by you, so the ledger only ever shows verified money.
Can I change a lease after it is active?
Core terms lock once a lease is active, to keep the record trustworthy. You can still extend the end date or terminate it, and both actions notify the tenant and are logged.
What happens when a lease ends?
Its status moves from draft to active to terminated, and the full dated history stays on record for the day a question comes up.
Who can see my data?
Your data is confidential by account and attributable by design. Role-based access means each person sees only what their role allows.
Bring your properties into one place
Create your account and add your first property, or join as a tenant when your manager puts your lease online.
